We aim to hold stock of all items whilst a product is active. However, occasionally an item will be out of stock when the product has been ordered and paid for. In such cases, you will be notified by email or telephone with a new estimated delivery date. All dates quoted for delivery are estimated delivery dates only and may be subject to change and we can accept no liability for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) for delivery at any time other than the estimated date for delivery. All orders received and paid in full will, subject to availability, be despatched within 2-3 days and sent through the chosen postal system.
UK Delivery
Stock permitting, all orders placed on the web are usually despatched to UK customers within 2-3 working days. In the event that an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the delay and despatch it as soon as it has been made and completed.
Conformity of Goods
Please note that all products are handmade therefore size and shape may well differ slightly from the photograph on the website. Due to the manufacturing process, the colours of dichroic glass or polymer clay may vary. Therefore, expect differences in colours and hues of the jewellery. Glass is very difficult to photograph due to its reflective nature. The photographs have been taken in a way to represent the item as best as possible. However, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by yourself.

Return Policy
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
We want you to have a positive shopping experience and are 100% committed to customer satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase / arrives to you damaged / or you are unsatisfied in anyway, we will make every effort to resolved the situation.
Items can be returned if faulty within 28 days from day of dispatch.
Items may be returned within 14 days if you change your mind. Only items wrapped, and unused can be returned.

All returned items must be within 14-days. You can return it to us in its original condition within 14-days of the day of dispatch providing the item/s are in the original packing, unused, securely packed for postage and with a note quoting the original invoice number and a short explanation of what you require enclosed.
You will only be refunded for the goods returned. You will not be issued a refund for the original postage fee.
If you wish to return a non faulty item, it must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us.
*Due to current hygiene regulations, Earrings are non-returnable.
**Due to the nature of different internet browsers and monitor settings, certain colours may appear different in tone to their true colouring. This is unavoidable, but we are happy to give a refund if you are unhappy with the colour once you receive it.
